Do you want to take part in this year's big cheese event in Oslo? 28-30th of October, cheese enthusiasts from all over Europe come to Oslo to take part in the FACEnetwork Congress.
This year's theme is taste, under the banner #TasteTheCheese. We look forward to welcoming cheese makers, advisors, cheese sellers, researchers and professionals from all over Europe - as well as others who work with cheese and have an interest in taste!
The congress takes place over several days and includes visits to cheesemakers, #TasteTheCheese conference and the amazing European cheese buffet. The conference will be held in “Samfunnssalen” on Tuesday 29th of October.

You will hear Andreas Viestad talk about the philosophy and history of taste and Merete Bø talk about the language of cheese from the perspective of a wine expert. Bronwen Percival will explain how diet and microbial management on the farm affects the product quality, Jules Mons will talk about cheese mongering in France and Christer Rødseth hopes to inspire you to use cheese in cooking. These are just a few examples of the interesting talks we are looking forward to!
