Ever wanted to try an F45 Training class? Here’s your chance to take a FREE class at F45 Training DePaul! Join us for an F45 resistance based workout designed to make you stronger and more powerful. Push back on the average and get an elite, full-body resistance workout that will leave you feeling your absolute best. This F45 strength training class uses functional movement patterns to help their members increase their muscle mass, and in turn, burn more calories long after your workout ends. You get personal training attention to form and corrections in a group setting at our studio. F45 DePaul is the largest (and cleanest according their members :) ) F45 studio in the downtown Chicago area. We are located Lincoln Park in the Riverpoint Shopping Center (across from Marshall’s / next to Starbucks) and have free parking + some of the most competitive membership pricing and perks!
