Station 1: Bike Erg (100 Cals max score)
Station 2: 8 DB Devils Press + 12 DB Suitcase Forward Lunges x 5 Rounds (100 Reps max score)
Female - 8kgs x 2 | Male - 12.5kgs x 2
Station 3: Ski Erg (100 Cals max score)
Station 4: 20 x 15m Shuttle Runs + 80 Wall Balls (100 Reps max score)
Individual Female - 4kg | Individual Male - 6kg
Female Pairs - 4kg | Male Pairs - 6kg | Mixed Pairs - 6kg
Station 5: Row Erg (100 Cals max score)
Scoring
If you don’t hit 500 reps OR cals = points-based score
If you do hit 500 reps OR cals = time-based score
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Wave Times & Check-in
Doubles start times will be any time from 09.30 - 14:00
Singles start times will be any time from 13:00 - 17:00
You will be sent your wave time 1 week before the event. There will be no room for swapping wave times before the event.
If you miss your wave time, we cannot guarantee you a spot later.
You will need to arrive 45 minutes before your start time to Check-in
