F45 Muncie Half HYROX Competition

Get ready to push your limits! F45 Muncie is proud to host a Half HYROX Challenge on Thursday, June 20th. This is your chance to test your strength, speed, and endurance in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment—all in half the distance and intensity of a full HYROX event, making it perfect for both first-timers and seasoned athletes.

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, June 20th
• Competition Start: 8:00 AM
• Wave Windows: Groups of 3 participants every 15 minutes
• Format: Half HYROX – same great HYROX movements and challenges, just at half distance

Participant Survey & Start Times:
To ensure fair and safe competition, you will be required to complete a survey before finalizing your purchase. This survey will help us assign start times based on fitness level, age, and gender, so you’ll be placed in a wave that fits your abilities. Please complete the survey promptly to secure your preferred start time.

1. Nonrefundable within 14 Days of Event: All registrations and payments are refundable until 14 days to the event.
2. Event Schedule: The event will begin at 8:00 AM and may continue until 4:00 PM, depending on the number of participants and heat assignments.
3. Heat Assignments: Participants will be assigned start times based on fitness level, age, and gender to ensure fair and safe competition.
4. Registration Deadline: Registration ends June 6th (14 days to the event) to ensure heat assignments are set.
5. Waiver & Liability: By registering, you agree to assume all risks associated with participation. F45 Muncie and its staff are not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
6. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of event staff and coaches. F45 Muncie reserves the right to remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behavior without a refund.
7. Weather / Conditions: The event will take place indoors and outdoors at the studio, and in case of unforeseen circumstances, F45 Muncie will provide updates regarding any schedule changes.
8. Photography & Media: By attending, you consent to photos and videos being taken for promotional purposes.
