Come join us at F45 Training Maynard Crossing for the Hyrox PFT. The HYROX PFT will gives you an intro to the HYROX with this in-studio event designed to test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, this event is for you. The workout is a globally uniform fitness test and is a great indicator of the level of fitness of all participants and will help determine which division participants should take part in during HYROX Main Events. Each participant will receive a finisher patch based on their ranking: Gold, Silver, or Bronze. This is determined by finishing time and age range. Additionally, all results will go into a global ranking divided by gender and age group.
