Join us at F45 Clearwater for our HALFROX event - a race-style fitness experience featuring all 8 official HYROX stations, each preceded by a 500m run (half the standard 1km distance).

HALFROX is a scaled HYROX simulation, combining endurance, strength, and mental grit. You’ll complete:

--> 8 x 500m runs followed by all 8 HYROX workout stations at half the distance (using official weights where applicable)

It’s the perfect way to experience the HYROX format in a more accessible, but still seriously challenging way.

• Solo (Individual)
• Doubles (Mixed or Same-Sex)
  👉 If competing as a pair, doubles ticket covers both participants

This event is perfect if you:

• Are training for HYROX Tampa and want a realistic simulation
• Are HYROX-curious and want to try the format first
• Want a new challenge that pushes you physically and mentally in a high-energy environment

• Half-distance HYROX format (500m runs + scaled stations)
• Solo or team options
• Heats starting every 8 minutes
• Coaches on-site for guidance, standards, and hype

Each station is preceded by a 500m run:

1. SkiErg (500m) – Full-body engine builder to kick things off
2. Sled Push (25m) – Raw strength and leg drive
3. Sled Pull (25m) – Grip, posterior chain, and control
4. Burpee Broad Jumps (40m) – Explosive power + mental grit
5. Row (500m) – Cardio under fatigue
6. Farmer’s Carry (100m) – Core stability and grip strength
7. Sandbag Lunges (50m) – Balance, strength, and resilience
8. Wall Balls (50 reps) – The final test 🔥
