WHAT IS F3?
F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.
F3 is a free, peer-led men’s leadership and fitness movement designed to help men grow stronger physically, mentally, and within their communities.
No membership fees. No contracts. No sales pitches. Just men building discipline, accountability, and brotherhood.

F3 is a men-only organization. If you know someone who could benefit from structured fitness and strong community, encourage them to attend. Inflated egos not welcomed!
