Jacques Greene and Nosaj Thing are taking their collaborative energy to new heights. After touring b2b together, where their distinct styles intertwined, they've debuted a stunning live set that merges Nosaj Thing's intricate soundscapes with Jacques Greene's house and R’n’B influences. This innovative take promises a blend of emotive production and genre-bending beats.
Their creative partnership extends beyond the stage. Jacques Greene and Nosaj Thing joined forces with Montreal's Ouri on a hauntingly beautiful single Too Close, offering a taste of a forthcoming collaborative album. This ambient, late-night track hints at the exciting possibilities of their project, which Jacques Greene describes as a trip-hop record reimagined at a faster tempo. „Thereʼs a hazy moodiness and the breaks donʼt really feel like the run-of-the-mill nu-breaks of Bandcamp,” says Jacques Greene.
