Paloma – Kick things off with this crisp, refreshing welcome drink featuring Producer Mezcal, agave, lime, and grapefruit. Light, citrusy, and effortlessly drinkable—it’s the perfect way to start the night.
Producer Penicillin – Get hands-on crafting this bold, balanced cocktail with lemon, honey, ginger, and ginger liqueur. Bright up front with a warm, slightly spicy finish, it’s a fresh take with just enough depth to keep things interesting.
Basil Julep – Our final round brings it back to the garden with cucumber, basil, and a touch of jalapeño. Smooth, herbaceous, and lightly spiced, this cocktail layers fresh flavors with a mezcal backbone.
