This event is all about coming together to show support for crime victims in our community and connecting our neighbors to community resources. Come enjoy some tasty eats, connect with others who share the same goal of providing comfort and assistance to those in need and fellowship with your neighbors. Our vision is to create a welcoming, family-friendly event that not only provides a meal but also connect the community with vital support services.
Activities include:o Resource Booths: Information from local organizations about housing,mental health, counseling, legal rights, and victims. o Cookout: Free meals for attendees, with a focus on serving the homelesscommunity in the Sugar Creek Corridor area.▪ Community Engagement: An opportunity for attendees to interact with local community based organizations, community officers and leaders, and city officials to foster public trust and improve awareness of available resources.
