Express your interest in joining our event team! Volunteers will be selected for the following roles:
Hospitality & Guest Experience
- Greeters – Welcome guests and assist with check-in
- Registration Assistants – Manage guest lists and distribute name badges
- Guest Flow Ambassadors – Guide attendees through the event space
Event Operations
- Set-Up Crew – Support with tables, displays, signage, and décor
- Breakdown Crew – Assist with clean-up and pack-up after the event
- Vendor Liaison – Coordinate with caterers, entertainers, and sponsors
- Beverage Pourers – Serve at tasting stations (with proper licensing)
- Food Station Attendants – Keep tasting stations stocked and tidy
Marketing & Engagement
- Photographer’s Assistant – Support guest and group photo coordination
- Social Media Ambassadors – Share live updates, tag sponsors, and build buzz
- Community Connectors – Spark introductions and conversations among guests
