Is your silky heart iced over? Join us in the glistening wings of Cupid鈥檚 big day as we open our hearts to see and be seen.
EYEBALL is a space to see yourself in others through honest self-reflection and non-judgemental sharing.
What to expect:
- A small group of no more than 12 people
- A calm, non-judgemental space with time to arrive and settle
- A short meditation to recentre your energy
- Guided journalling to support unbiased observation of your mind, body and feelings
- Short bursts of sharing, in pairs and in groups
- Free refreshments such as tea and biscuits
- A space to experience love for yourself and fellow humans
- Pens and loose paper will be provided if needed, but we encourage you to bring your own journal
What to bring:
- Your own journal and pen, if you have them
- A chair or cushion to sit on if needed (there are blankets and limited cushions at the shop)
- An open heart and a willingness to connect with others

Housekeeping
We will be meeting at 6:45pm at the British Heart Foundation Books and Music in Streatham. Doors open at 6:45pm and the event will begin around 7:00pm with a short meditation. The journaling and sharing workshop will last around 2 hours. Due to the nature of the event, we will not be able to allow late entries after 7pm.
The shop is a 5-minute walk from Streatham Hill Rail Station or around a 15-minute bus journey from Brixton Tube Station.
Attendance is free, spaces are limited. To let us know you鈥檙e coming, get a free ticket.
Finally, and we cannot stress this enough, BHF Books and Music offers floor seating only.
We will always provide cosy blankets to soften the blow, but if you really want a seat, bring one with you.
We will say this one more time: LIMITED CHAIRS ARE AVAILABLE. BRING A STOOL OR FLOOR IT.
