In today's world our eyes are constantly exposed to the glaring screen and therefore restricted to limited movements, be it because of sitting in front of the computer, television or phones. Isha’s eye care programme offers a natural way through yogic practices to improve vision related issues.
❗Pre-requisites: It is mandatory to have completed either Surya Kriya / Yogasanas /Angamardana / Surya Shakti / Upa Yoga prior to attending this program.
❇️ Shanmukhi Mudra :
Shanmukhi mudra is a simple but subtle practice that brightens and rejuvenates the face and eyes and brings about a state of balance leading toward increased awareness and meditativeness.
