This 75-minute extended Yoga Nidra session is a guided relaxation practice — sometimes called “yogic sleep” — where you lie comfortably while being led into a state of deep rest and awareness.No previous experience is needed — just bring a mat, blankets, and a pillow for comfort and to make a cosy nest.
What to expect:
* 45–50 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation
* Optional quiet journalling to capture insights and reflections
* Optional herbal tea to enjoy as you gently transition back into your evening
