Let your hands tell the story!In this two hour workshop, Elizabeth will guide dancers of all levels through exploration of self expression via arms, hands, framing, and movement pathways.
Hour 1: 12:00-1:00 pm focuses on technique, posture, framing, and bringing energy throughout the hands to add elegance to one’s movement.
Hour 2: 1:00-2:00 pm focuses on timing, suspension, & creative play with shapes for arms.
Participants will leave this workshop with more upper body awareness & a greater sense of creativity within arm & hand work.
