About the Facilitator
A contemporary dancer and instructor with a deep passion for movement as a form of storytelling, Preksha Bardia brings together elements of modern, lyrical, and jazz to create expressive and engaging experiences. Her approach focuses on helping dancers connect with their emotions, musicality, and individuality, encouraging them to move with both technique and authenticity. Through her classes, she aims to build confidence, body awareness, and a genuine love for dance in every student, making each session both enriching and enjoyable.
