We’ll explore creative flow, rhythm, and the gentle momentum that emerges when you let your imagination lead the way. Through guided creative practices, we’ll welcome a sense of movement as we look towards spring. 

Expressive Arts workshops offer an open space to create, express and explore. Using visual arts, reflective writing, and gentle movement, it is an invitation to tune in. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play. 

What to Expect:

• High sensitivity, low skill approach — no artistic experience required
• A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
• An introduction to Expressive Arts; you’ll leave with a piece you’ve created
• All materials provided — simply bring yourself
