About this Event

Fresh Starts: Vision Collage for the New Year

Start the year with a creative spark.

In this guided expressive arts workshop, you’ll create your own vision collage—a personal reflection of your hopes, values, and possibilities for the year ahead.

We’ll create a folding concertina vision collage—a flowing, story-like piece that opens and expands throughout the year. Unlike a traditional vision board, this intuitive format invites spaciousness, reflection, and joy as the year unfolds. The session will also include mindfulness practices and guided journaling.

P.S. This may also be the start of your own “Personal Wisdom Deck.” More information to follow at the workshop.

Materials fee of $5 payable in cash to instructor at workshop. No art experience needed.

Martha Hauston is a licensed psychotherapist, educator, expressive artist, and SoulCollage® Facilitator. Through workshops and individual sessions, participants may tap into their creative potential, gain insight, and discover new ways of thinking and being. www.martha-hauston.com
