Expression Dance Journey
Come and join us for an evening to awaken your senses with breath, movement, connection and sound at Richmond River Sailing & Rowing Club!
This is a guided Expression Dance Journey designed to help you clear, release, and reconnect. Together we’ll ground into the body, activate our energy, and move into freedom through breath, dance, and sound.
What to expect:
• Grounding breathwork to arrive fully in your body
• Movement to awaken your energy and release what no longer serves
• Sound and rhythm to carry you into deeper expression
• Connection practices for heart-opening community
• A safe, fun, non-alcoholic space to play, explore, and be yourself

🌿 Your Facilitators
Jo is a Creative breathwork facilitator specialising in Rebirthing, Level 2 Kundalini Yoga instructor and a Kundalini Revive, energy healing practitioner with a background as a Registered mental health nurse.With extensive training in the Northern Rivers, she offers weekly breathwork evenings and Kundalini Yoga classes each week, creating sacred spaces for transformation, connection, and growth.Jo’s 1:1 session's weave together these modalities to offer deeply individualised support, guiding clients to gently release what no longer serves them — both consciously and subconsciously — and to reconnect with their bodies innate wisdom, finding vitality, clarity and authenticity.
Kaye is a Coach, Counsellor, and Embodiment Facilitator, as well as a creative hair and make-up artist. She works deeply with the Divine Feminine, guiding women to step into their power, move beyond self-limiting patterns, and reconnect with their authentic expression.
Through her weekly women’s circles and 1:1 coaching, Kaye creates safe, conscious spaces for emotional release, personal growth, and embodiment. Her work blends counselling, coaching, and embodied practices to support clients in uncovering clarity, confidence, and freedom, and in embracing their creativity, sensuality, and presence fully.
Together, Jo and Kaye create a safe, conscious, and uplifting space for Expression Dance - blending breath, movement, sound, and connection into a powerful journey of release and community.
