About this Event
A 4-week expressive arts therapy group designed to support youth in exploring identity, emotions, self-esteem, and connection through creativity and reflection.
This group offers a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where participants can express themselves through guided creative activities including drawing, painting, collage, clay, and reflective writing. No artistic experience is necessary.
Participants will have opportunities to:
• Explore identity and sense of self
• Build emotional awareness and expression
• Strengthen self-esteem and confidence
• Develop connection and belonging with peers
• Engage in creativity as a tool for self-expression and coping
Group Details
📍 Location: McMan Calgary
📅 Dates: Mondays - May 25, June 1, June 15, June 22
⏰ Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
👥 Ages: Girls 12–14
💲 Cost: $70 per session

Following registration, families will receive a follow-up phone call with the facilitator to ensure the group is an appropriate fit and to answer any questions prior to the group starting.
No art experience is needed; this group focuses on expression, connection, and self-discovery rather than artistic skill.
