Mindful Movement, Yoga Dance and Sound Bath Healing

Express Yourself is a collaborative event hosted by Yogi Euphoria, Aya Apothecary Spa and Mayou Studios. Intention to really feel into your body and move in ways that allow you to release stress and express emotion.

Express Yourself will include:

-Mindfulness Movement and Body Awareness Workshop led by Sharelle

-Yogi Euphoria Signature Rave led by Haley

-Sound Bath Meditation led by Sound Healer Steph

Expect to tune in with your body, feel into your body, express yourself through embodiment movement and absorb and integrate our lessons from the day with the assistance of sound healing.

About Your Hosts:

Sharelle is one of the owners of Aya Apothecary Spa and serves as a multifaceted holistic healing practitioner. She’s on a mission to spread good vibrations and to continue on the legacy of divine feminine healing arts. As a Yoga Instructor, Bodywork/Energywork Therapist, Holistic Counselor and Herbalist, Sharelle is deeply dedicated to and passionate about using these therapies for self-care and helping others on their journey.

Haley is one of the founders of Yogi Euphoria and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She has found dance and freedom of expression to be extremely healing. She is extremely passionate about self-healing and personal freedom and continues to share this through all of her teachings.

Mayou Steph is devoted to the Feminine Divine Healing Arts. Lover of all Holistic Healing, she helps elevate consciousness and clear mental fog as a Sound/Crystal Healer, Spiritual Consultant and Reiki Level 2 Practitioner. Her studies in Numerology, Astrology, Chakra Healing, Color Healing and Metaphysics keeps her deeply connected with Holistic Healing. Her mission is to translate the wisdom of Holistic Healing with the world while creating an environment for women to feel safe to go within, heal and unite!
