CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Join the Georgetown Summer Art Walk festivities and make your own summer-inspired candle! We'll have pre-poured candles with a variety of scents available, guests will customize with wax flower molds to make the candle their own. We will have flowers of all colors and varieties available, inspired by summer gardens and tropical blooms.
This activation will be available between 2pm - 5pm. Tickets are available by the hour, guests can drop in at their leisure within the hour to create their own summer candle masterpiece.
Leave with a fully finished, one-of-a-kind summer candle. Thoughtfully crafted by you, from start to finish.
We'll have many fun & crafty activities to explore for the art walk, including maker pop-ups and a Press & Patch Bar to customize your own tote bag or trucker hat. Come celebrate local art and those that make it with us.

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR:
Olga Kardonova is an artist and maker who creates unique concrete candles and home décor. She transforms simple materials like cement and wax into beautiful, functional art-often painting her vessels by hand to add a personal, artistic touch.
Her work blends creativity with craftsmanship, bringing warmth and personality into everyday spaces. She finds joy in both sculpting and painting, using each piece as a way to express herself and share beauty with others. For her, art is about storytelling, self-expression, and making the world a little more inspiring-one handmade piece at a time.
