About this Event
The UK Baha’i Office of Public Affairs and Apax welcome you to the launch of its report “Exploring the Role of Virtues in Building a Values-Driven Workplace Culture: Insights from Apax”
The UK Baha’i Office of Public Affairs represents the British Baha’i community in its relations with government, civil society and the media with the purpose of bringing about a peaceful and more unified society. Its project looking at perspectives around how socio-economic equality affects social cohesion has led to the conclusion that certain values must drive our economic systems and spaces, namely the workplace.
Apax is a multi award-winning values-driven, non-profit, social enterprise. It provides exceptional assisted living and premium supported housing services for vulnerable adults who have experienced social exclusion and disadvantages, mental health, or homelessness.
The two organisations realised they were inspired by similar principles and in collaboration conducted a qualitative research project and are excited to present their findings at this event.
