All courses served with RIJA - VE specialism layered raw food - fresh shredded beet, purple cabbage and thinly sliced kale marinated in apple cider vinegar, olive oil and maple, topped with cherry tomatoes pitted olives 🫒, sugar snap pease (all in home made lemon garlic drizzle) finished with sliced baby bell sweet peppers and if available in good quality avocados 🥑 if not guacamole accompaniment
