🥾 ABOUT THE WALK 🥾
We leave the hum of the busy road as we go off-trail through Cherry Orchard and then we work our way down through the woods with bright torches to hand. The trail takes us up and over the old disused golf course and we have views of Brackmills from the top. We then loop Brackmills Country Park before working our way back to the pub for a well-deserved drink.

Please arrive by 6.15 pm we will set off at 6.30 pm sharp. If this is your first AG walk, then please arrive nice and early and seek out the walk leader who will be wearing a red "walk leader" pin badge. They will give you a new walkers briefing and explain how it all works.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
- A torch is essential (no head torches please)
- Bright clothing (or hi-vis vest)
- A drink
- Good footwear please.
⛑ RULES TO KEEP YOU SAFE :
- We walk in all weathers, however, if we have a weather warning then the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on your emails and the Facebook event page for notifications of any cancellations.
- We will only ever walk in groups of 15 or less. If we have more than 15, we will usually have two walk leaders and walk in opposite directions.
- We supply free sweets at the halfway stage.
