About this Event
Discover how your attachment patterns shape your relationships, work, wellbeing and vitality.
How we connect to others - and with ourselves - shapes every part of our lives. These experiential groups offer an opportunity to explore the patterns that influence how you relate, communicate, care, and seek support, helping you deepen self-awareness, wellbeing and connection with others. Responding to the needs of others-especially in professional caring roles, we often neglect the conditions necessary to support our own health — which can lead to depletion and exhaustion.
This group provides space to restore balance, reflect, and reconnect with what supports your vitality and wellbeing.
This introductory shorter session provides a chance to dip your toe into exploring your careseeking attachment system, or to deepen your understanding if you’ve already experienced this work. Each session takes place in a supportive group setting.
