About this Event

This exhibition explores the evolving and impactful role of digital technology in shaping mental wellbeing. Framed around the mental health continuum—from promotion to intervention and therapy—this showcase highlights how digital tools can support individuals across different life stages and needs.


📍 Location: D.S. Lee Foundation MAELab, Alexandra Hospital, Block 29, Level 2 (above cafeteria), 378 Alexandra Road, Singapore 159964

🕒 Walk-ins only on Fridays: Friday only, 10am–5pm (closed 12–1pm, last entry 4pm)

📝 For other days, book at for.sg/maelabbooking at least two working days in advance.

What is Digital Mental Health?

It is the application of digital technologies in mental healthcare for many purposes, including mental health and wellbeing promotion and prevention, wellbeing maintenance or self-care or treating specific mental illnesses.

Explore five themed exhibition zones that address the mental health continuum, from everyday wellness to complex clinical needs and discover how digital solutions can support anxiety, depression, memory and attention.
