Exploring Meditation -Qigong

QiGong is the Chinese art of energy influence. QiGong can be translated as "Life-energy-force" (Qi) and "Work/practice" (Gong). Put simply, QiGong is the practice of influencing the life force energy that flows through all matter. QiGong is made of a blend of stretching, grounding postures, and meditation. QiGong is a holistic practice that has been shown to increase, reduce stress, increase mental clarity, improve sleep, and promote physical fitness.

This meditation will focus on grounding, mental clarity, and breathwork.
