Jaivant is the artistic director of the multi award-winning Jaivant Patel Company based in Wolverhampton. The company creates contemporary performances influenced by the myriad of South Asian Dance forms. A trailblazer in both the UK and international dance scene Jaivant is one of the leading voices amplifying LGBTQ+ South Asian narratives and exploring the intersections of race gender sexuality faith and spirituality.
