Exploring/Creating with 360 Cameras

A tool for creation, documentation and exploration.
The workshop aims to empower participants with the knowledge and skills needed to explore the potential of 360-degree cameras for use in immersive and standard videos as well as a tool for 3D asset creation.
The workshop will be composed of an in lab talk covering an overview of the 360 camera, filming best practices. Followed by a hands on exploration of the gear on a short walk near the CETI lab capturing videos and stills. Concluding with an overview of the app for post processing and export of media.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have a solid grasp of how to use 360 cameras to enhance their digital projects.
Prerequisite: A curiosity about 360 cameras.
Required Materials: If you have a laptop, please bring one to save any files captured and created during the course. CETI has a few that can be borrowed during the course.
