About this Event
Exploring Connection & Senses
Join us for a meditative, somatic exploration into the senses—an invitation to slow down, come home to your body, and deepen your capacity for connection with your Self and others.
Through embodied movement, stillness, sound and presence-based practices, we will gently isolate and explore each of the bodily senses. By refining our awareness of sensation, we strengthen our ability to listen inwardly. And when we are truly connected to ourselves—body, mind, and breath—we can meet others with greater authenticity, clarity, and care.
This workshop takes place just before Valentine’s Day, a time traditionally focused on love—offering a reframe toward self-connection, conscious relating and soulful presence.
