Join Fanda Bender, MSW, for an experiential workshop providing an opportunity to explore one’s own ageism, in the context of the history and culture of ageism in our society. There will be time to share some of our inner journeys to Elderhood.Fanda Bender worked as a Psychotherapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker for more than forty years. She taught university in California and Oregon, as well as in British Columbia and Alberta. She has been a consultant, facilitated workshops and published both nationally and internationally. She has held many leadership positions in both professional and community venues. She also served as President of the Oregon Chapter of National Association of Social Workers.
In this workshop, she will use her expertise in the following areas:

Self — Awareness, Expression, and Acceptance
Older Adult Issues
Death & Dying
Grief Work
