I’m a local author and founder of Capture & Calm Walks CIC, offering wellbeing-focused community walks that encourage slowing down, noticing, and spending time together outdoors.
Children and grown-ups will explore colours, textures, sounds, and tiny wonders in nature, just like Finn the Nature Explorer. There’s no rush and no right or wrong way to take part.
The walk links gently with the Exploring with Finn book, which families can use before or after the walk. The book is optional - the walk stands fully on its own.
