Would you like to bring more depth into your yoga practice on and off the mat?
To be mindful, centered and positively transform your perspective I invite you to practice my latest 5 classes bundle: EXPLORE THE YAMAS
A series of classes that brings yoga philosophy into the physical practice and in your everyday life.
The YAMAS, or guidelines to right living, are the first of eight steps that everyone can follow for a purposeful and fulfilling life.
These 8 limbs (or steps) of yoga have been listed and explained by Patanjali, an ancient Indian sage, in a sacred text called The Yoga Sutras, where we can find the teachings for a spiritual path that will lead us towards Moksa or liberation.
- CONTENT -
Through meditation and a specific Vinyasa sequence, every of the 5 classes will focus on one Yama:
11 November: Ahimsa-unconditional love
18 November: Satya-truthfulness
25 November: Asteya-non-stealing
2 December: Brahmacarya-energy moderation
9 December: Aparigraha-the art of letting go
- FOR WHOM -
Open to all students with previous experience with Vinyasa yoga.
Even if there are no levels you can expect some peak pose classes but you are welcome to join following and respecting your own level as modification will be given.
- TAKE AWAY -
The aim of these master classes is to lead you to personal reflection and exploration to live a more awake and mindful life.
- ABOUT BEATRICE -
Beatrice discovered yoga in a period of massive change where finally she found herself grounding back into the yoga mat. Moved by curiosity, she undertook her first yoga teacher training simply to deepen her knowledge both spiritually and physically. After completing the course, she immediately started teaching to absolve the desire to share with others the benefits that yoga brought into her life, hoping that others could experience the same in their life too.
Through the years, she continued to deepen her studies of life and yoga and expanding her knowledge attending trainings with many teachers such as Baron Baptiste, Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Cruikshank, Annie Carpenter, Janet Stone, Rocky Heron, Noah Mazè just to name a few. She also supplemented her studies with a Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga teacher training with Uma Dinsmore and a Yin Yoga and meridians teacher training with Annie Au…but the journey as a student never ends.
Over the years Beatrice taught in Italy, Switzerland and Netherlands in many yoga studios, companies, public events and to athletes, making yoga accessible to everyone and besides giving regular classes she is the lead teacher in multiple Teacher Training Programs in The Netherlands and Switzerland.
Her mantra is “let it be” – this means living a life without attachment to fully exist in the present moment. Allowing people, situations, yourself just being as they are and, instead of using energy to try to change them, to focus into our actions to plant seeds for happiness in all its meanings.
