Deepen your yoga practice beyond the physical postures with Emily’s 4-part workshop series on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, an ancient path to self-awareness and transformation. Each 60-minute session will explore different aspects of yoga philosophy, offering practical ways to integrate these teachings into daily life.
Through discussion, reflection, and practical application, you'll gain insight into how yoga extends far beyond the mat.

Yamas & Niyamas – Ethical foundations & self-discipline | Sunday, March 1st @ 2pm
Asana & Pranayama – Movement & breath as pathways to inner balance | March 8th @ 2pm
Pratyahara & Dharana – Sense withdrawal & focused concentration | March 15th @ 2pm
