WANT TO BRING THE KIDS?
For a family of four, we have to arrange two separate rooms if the kids are 7 or older.
For children UNDER 6 years old who can share a bed with someone, we offer a 50% discount on their price. If the child needs their own bed, we can offer a 10% discount.
Option 1 (kids with their own bed):
Arrange a triple room (three separate beds) and have the kids share a bed. Once child would have a 50% discount and share meals and the other child would have a 10% discount and have their own meals/bed included.
Option 2 (kids sharing a bed):
Arrange a twin room (two separate beds) and each child shares a bed and meals with a parent. Each child has a 50% discount on the price.

Transport
Travel by private coach between destinations, via The shinkansen (or "bullet train").
Arrival Departure Airports
• For arrivals at Narita Airport (NRT), this tour starts in Tokyo and ends in Osaka, with departures at Osaka Kansai Airport (KIX).
• If you will be flying into Haneda Airport (HND) instead of Narita Airport (NRT) on the first day, airport transfer is not included. We will provide with full instructions to get to the hotel in advance, or we can arrange shared shuttle service for you at US$75.00 per person per way.

You may cancel the Reservation in writing at any time. If you cancel the Reservation or fail to pay the price in accordance with the payment terms above, then we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees as follows:

30 days to 59 days before Departure Date: 50% of the price
15 days to 29 days before Departure Date: 75% of the price
14days or less before Departure Date: 100% of the price
