About this Event

Join us for an immersive ice bath workshop where we explore techniques around ice bathing to enhance your health and well-being. Hosted in collaboration with and , this workshop is designed to guide you through practices that calm the mind, invigorate the body, and help you become more mindful of their connection.

Reception
Upon arrival, you'll be warmly welcomed. We'll guide you where to store your belongings, and you'll settle comfortably on the mats provided before we begin. We will have female, male, and gender neutral changing areas, a secure area for your belongings, and a private bathroom

Introduction 11am
We'll kick off with an introduction to your facilitators, Jurre and Rens, accredited experts in the biohacking space. They will share their mission to help create a healthier, more conscious society and explain the important role of cold plunges in achieving that goal. Safety is our top priority—feel free to ask questions at any point if you're unsure or uncomfortable. You can also get in touch with our team before the event if you have any concerns or information you feel our team should know.

Program 11:15-12:45

Breathing Session: The group will be divided into two groups of 9, each following a series of guided breathing exercises (4 to 5 rounds) to help center your energy and prepare you for the next steps.
Ice Bath: Experience the invigorating benefits of an ice bath. You'll receive guidance on how to prepare mentally and physically, using breathing techniques to stay calm throughout.
Horse-stance: After the ice bath, we'll transition into a horse-stance exercise, designed to warm the body and boost your energy flow.
Sharing Experiences: After the physical activities, you'll have time to change and then return to the mats to share your experiences with the group.

Closing
We'll wrap up with a closing talk, expressing our collective gratitude for your participation and letting you know our tips and tricks for aftercare- how best to take care of your body in the following hours. We’ll end the session in our adaptogen coffee bar and conversation pit. We invite you to stay and chat with your fellow ice bathers to connect and share your experience of the session.
