About this Event
Classical music isn’t dead – it’s evolving. Experimental Sounds is a concert series that breaks down the myth of classical music as stuffy or outdated, and invites audiences into a bold, genre-blurring reimagination of what it can be.
Curated and produced by Tash Atkins and Many Hands Make, this concert series celebrates all things classical music with a modern edge. It also features artists creating art live in response to these sonic experiments.
In this new soundscape, tradition meets technology. Featuring classically trained musicians as well as musicians from other disciplines who use code, live electronics, and experimental techniques, this concert is a space for those who don’t quite fit the mould.
