The Transformational Breath ® session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical well-being improving mental and emotional states and spiritual expansion. It helps you let go of unhealthy breathing habits such as shallow breathing gain a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body.

Breathwork has benefits for everyone and this breath workshop is suitable for individuals over the age of 18.
No previous breathwork experience is required.

What to expect:
- Brief introduction and discussion of Transformational Breath benefits and technique
- Set an intention through a short guided meditation
- Get comfortable on the mat for a guided breathwork journey incorporating hands-on acupressure sound movement and positive affirmations
- Relax on the mat for 10-15 minutes at the end to integrate your experience
- Share your session experience receive tips for daily practice
No previous breathwork experience required. Mats pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your water bottle.
