Kundalini yoga is designed to support us in these times; it helps us develop the skills to navigate life’s pressures with greater ease, clarity and balance.Kundalini is a unique & distinct form of yoga.
Kundalini Yoga focuses on energy, spiritual growth & self-awareness whereas other styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga focus on physical postures and breathing techniques.
Kundalini Yoga can be more meditative and gentle, while still challenging, whereas other styles like Vinyasa or Ashtanga can be more physically demanding.

Beginner friendly, all ages and abilities are welcome, chairs available, no prior experience necessary.
Classes are by donation.
Dress comfortably, please bring water, a yoga mat, blanket, bath towel and what you need to be comfortable.
Kindly arrive 10 min. early so we can start class together, thank you.
There is an entrance & parking in the back of the building. Look for The Healing Zone sign and enter through the garden, thank you :)
