Join long time resident of 26 St SW in the heart of Killarney to learn about the early coal miner architecture; see a doppelgänger of a Mount Royal 1912 house along the way; a house built in 1917 where the third owner still lives.
See the mid century changes as Killarney developed into a middle class neighbourhood and all of the new changes that has brought us in this decade.
End up at Joey’s Heritage home inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and award winning backyard garden for tea and yummies.
WALK NOTES: will use speakers/voice amplification, busy sidewalks.
