Overview
This training will explore ways to continue working with our clients on their trauma-informed goals, while balancing the goals from outside providers and caregivers. Conversations in this training will include how we ethically use the Release of Information to help us learn more about our clients, while sorting through outside expectations and messages of what therapy provides.
Presenter
Angie Kuffel is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Wisconsin and the Intern and Clinical Supervisor for Professional Services Group, Inc. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counseling Education from the University of Colorado- Denver. As a previous teacher, Angie has since sought out opportunities to find effective, creative ways to continue to support children and adolescents (and their caregivers and teachers) through School Based Individual Therapy.
Professional Services Group has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7066. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Professional Services Group is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
