This is not your typical parenting class. It was created specifically for expectant fathers—men who want practical skills, honest guidance, and real confidence as they step into fatherhood.
Our in-person Expectant Dad’s Class, held at our San Diego office in Sorrento Valley, focuses on what dads truly need to know:
• Hands-on baby care skills
• Practical preparation for labor and birth
• How to strengthen your relationship with your partner during the transition to parenthood
• Essential self-care for dads—because your well-being matters too

The experience is informal, engaging, and skills-based—designed to boost your confidence and help you feel ready for your baby’s arrival. You’ll connect with other expectant dads and have the unique opportunity to learn directly from a “veteran dad” who brings his infant to class. You’ll hear his real-world experience and see live demonstrations of diapering, swaddling, soothing, and burping.
