This event will help you identify and connect to your spirit guides and spiritual team, establish and enhance your intuitive gifts, and provide you with tools to strengthen your intuition and confidence in yourself. Regardless of where you are at in your journey, this retreat is for you!
For lunch, there are dining options available nearby or feel free to bring a lunch of your own. Snacks and water will be available throughout the retreat. Bring a mat if you want to use one for the meditation part.

About the Instructors
Matt Schmidt was professionally trained as a scientist and did his doctoral work in developing drugs to treat central nervous system (CNS) disorders and cancer. Years of professional unfulfillment, and personal setbacks became the catalyst to shift gears into holistic healing, where he was guided to the work of Dolores Cannon, who developed Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). After his own profound mental and physical healing with this modality, he became a practitioner himself. Matt now incorporates breathwork, energy healing (or use somatic release), shamanic practices, and many other techniques. Whitney Heuvelmans is a Transformational Breathwork Facilitator, Shamanic Practitioner, Dream Teacher, and Reiki Master. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Metaphysics. Her passion is to share all that she has gained by creating meaningful and lasting experiences for others to grow from. She prides herself on being a forever learner, thus making her a well-versed teacher. She feels that we all carry wisdom, knowledge, and inner knowing. Uncovering it, rekindling it, remembering it, and embodying it is something that she ignites in others!
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds minus a $50 cancellation fee will be given until 7-days prior to the workshop date. Refunds will not be given after that date. Exceptions are not made to this policy.
