Expand Self-Love – A Journey into the Heart💓BECAUSE YOU DESERVE TO LOVE YOURSELF.
March 13, 14 & 15 @ Scenehuset
We wish for all people to live lives filled with peace, joy, and love.
Not only in relationship with others – but also in relationship with themselves.
Because true love begins within.
Welcome to Expand Self-Love, a somatic and radical love movement disguised as a workshop.
A warm invitation into the body, into the nervous system, into truth:
Because you deserve to love yourself – unconditionally.
Dear human, this is important.
When you love yourself, you treat yourself beautifully.
When you treat yourself beautifully, your capacity to meet others with the same warmth grows.
And when we do this – together – the world becomes a safer, softer, and more harmonious place.
✨What you will experience
In this workshop, we create a space where you can be with your body – completely honestly, completely without masks.
We explore how you truly treat yourself, and how you can treat yourself when love is allowed to lead.
You will receive:
🔮Somatic tools to support the body with safety, care, and kindness
🔮Exercises and movements that release energy and increase self-acceptance
🔮Space to explore joy, playfulness, and presence through the body
🔮A full weekend breathing love, calm, and curiosity

This is not just a workshop. This is self-respect.
A portal into a more loving life.
Join us if you long for more inner peace, deeper self-care, and an open heart.
About the teachers
SIGRID VIK / @SIGRID.VIK
Sigrid founded the dance art project TA PLASS in 2018 to help create a better future after #MeToo.
She is trained as a dancer at Ballet Academy in Stockholm and Broadway Dance Center in New York, and as a copywriter from Westerdals.
She has performed internationally, worked as a choreographer for major productions, and built what is now Klubb TA PLASS.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, she is deeply passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies – strengthening self-love, safety, and confidence.
“My goal is to create safe, fun, and inspiring spaces for free expression and growth.
We all carry stories and wounds – but also immense power.
When we shift our mindset and give the body the attention it deserves, all of this can open up.
Movement is medicine, and I look forward to guiding you into the depths of yourself.”
LUKASZ SABAT / @LUKASZ.SABAT
Lukasz is a musician, sound healer, and artist based in Oslo.
He uses sound as a tool for healing, helping people connect with their own energy and find balance through music.
He plays several instruments – including flutes, saxophone, and piano – and has a special passion for throat singing.
Through his work, Lukasz creates spaces where sound and vibration support relaxation, emotional release, and healing.
He also incorporates DJing into his sessions, blending live music with energetic rhythms to guide participants into deeper states of presence and connection.
Lukasz’s mission is to help others discover their inner magic and spread high-vibrational energy through music – allowing people to experience the healing power of sound and dance.
VICTORIA VALE / @VIC.VALE
Victoria is a certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping others find balance, calm, and inner strength.
She previously ran the art concept Løkka-Bohemen, and in 2023 launched the club concept Raise Your Vibration.
She is also trained as a copywriter from Westerdals and has worked with festivals such as Trænafestivalen and Oslo Literature Festival.
Today, she works with Klubb TA PLASS, while also teaching yoga and facilitating workshops for activists from her small farm in Møre og Romsdal.
“Yoga is more than movement – it is a path to self-awareness and transformation.
I believe personal pain is collective pain, and that self-love is the key to a better world.
With a background in art and communication, I am fascinated by how our stories – both personal and cultural – shape reality.
My goal is to create a safe and inspiring space where everyone can explore their own unique journey.”
