If you would like to have lunch and/or dinner on the day you must book them in advance when you book your ticket, you can then pay on arrival. This is the only way we can manage food at such a big event. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are non–returnable and non-refundable except if the event is cancelled. This is the only way we can run this event and make it workable. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
You are welcome to sell your ticket on to another person if you can't attend. However please email us before selling on any tickets, or the tickets will be void if sold on without us been made aware by the original ticket purchaser via email in advance. As we've had people scammed on here before. In order to transfer a ticket you need to contact us first with your details and the details of the people you are selling the tickets too via e-mail at [email protected]
