Our Exmoor Reset is a private supported session for veterans and serving personnel, delivered by The Root Cause Project in partnership with Secret Sauna.Set in a remote Exmoor location, this small group session combines controlled heat exposure, optional cold water immersion, good food and time away from the usual pace of life in a calm, low-demand environment.
This sits alongside our existing Root Cause work and offers a different kind of reset to our usual bushcraft sessions.
The evening includes:
45-minute sauna session
Optional cold water immersion
Food included
Remote outdoor setting on Exmoor
Small group environment
