After retiring from the South Dakota Department of Veterans Affairs, Tescher returned to her love of art—a passion first sparked in college. A Black Hills State University graduate, Tescher studied under acclaimed artists Richard Dubois and Dick Termes. Now, she brings her perspective to life through her paintings, inviting viewers to see the world through her eyes.
