Anna is a somatic therapist, psychodynamic counsellor, energy healer, Kundalini yoga teacher, and financial therapist with over 20 years of professional experience supporting deep personal transformation. Her work bridges psychology, body-based healing, and nervous system regulation, offering an integrative approach that honours both emotional depth and practical change.
Having worked with thousands of clients and facilitated countless sessions, Anna specialises in trauma-informed healing and helping individuals reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body. She creates safe, grounded spaces where people can slow down, release stored trauma, and gently transform patterns that no longer serve their wellbeing.
