CANCELLATION POLICY
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur. Please understand that our cancellation policy is firm and that exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
Our Cancellation policies are as follows:
- Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund
- Cancellations within 14 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund
- Less than two weeks prior to the event no refunds will be given.
